Michael Sheen will be the next Bond villain
Gray suit, balding, white kitty on your lap: Those were the hallmarks of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Bond-villain of his character. Six times he tried bitter, take over the world to himself.
Now the arch-villain will probably be revived for the 007-series - and a candidate for the role will also have the identification: Michael Sheen.
The sure you know, he hurried himself into just about every film genre. In the action-packed "Underworld" series as a vampire, in "The Queen" was practicing in the quieter Sheen tray. Also on the side of Leo di Caprio in "Blood Diamond" made the British a good figure, inspired most recently in "Frost / Nixon".
An insider said: "Michael is currently hot commodity, and they consider him to be the right man to return to Blofeld to launch. Michael was Bond fan in his youth, so it would be a dream role for him."
Sheen should really come as Blofeld in front of the camera, this would be a good fit: Writer will be Peter Morgan, who has also worked for "Frost / Nixon".
007 continues to be Daniel Craig, the Bond girl probably is not fixed yet.
